Back to School Act

Below is a letter from HFCRD Superintendent Victoria Cornick, followed by a link to a letter from Alberta Premier Danielle Smith.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The Alberta Government tabled the Back to School Act in the Legislature today. If passed, this act would require teachers to return to school and officially end the strike action, with classes resuming at all school locations on Wednesday, October 29th. 

As a Catholic school community, we look to the future with faith and purpose. We are grateful to open our doors and welcome staff and students back into the classrooms. We will continue to communicate updates as more information becomes available.
