Holy Family Catholic Regional Division (HFCRD) warmly congratulates Brendon Nichols who will be taking over the role of Principal at Glenmary School in Peace River beginning September 2024.
Brendon Nichols, a native of New Westminster, British Columbia, currently resides in Peace River with his wife, Allison, and their son, Emmett. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in History and Religious Studies from St. Francis Xavier University (2010) and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta (2012).
Currently pursuing his Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Alberta, Brendon is deeply committed to advancing his expertise in the field. Beyond academics, he is a passionate supporter of school sports and extracurricular activities, frequently found on the sidelines cheering for the Saints and contributing his time to local sports initiatives.
“I am very honoured and excited to take on this new leadership role at Glenmary School”, says Nichols. “I look forward to continuing to work alongside the dedicated staff, talented students, families and community members at Glenmary School.”
“Brendon has gained experience as an administrator at Glenmary, and has developed and maintained strong leadership qualities”, says Superintendent Betty Turpin. “I am confident that he will bring these qualities into his new role as Principal.”
