Holy Family Catholic Regional Division (HFCRD) is proud to announce Lauri Goudreault as the new Deputy Superintendent.

Mrs. Goudreault has been a dedicated leader in the division for 31 years, bringing a wealth of experience in both teaching and school administration. She began her career with HFCRD in 1994 and has served in numerous leadership capacities, including Principal of École Providence School in McLennan and Holy Family School in Grimshaw. In 2023, Lauri joined the Division’s Central Office as Assistant Superintendent of Inclusion and Student Services.

Born and raised in Peace River, Lauri is a proud graduate of Glenmary School. She earned her Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and later completed a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Inclusion in Rural Schools.

“I am truly honoured to serve as Deputy Superintendent for a division that has been such a significant part of my life and vocation,” says Goudreault. “Throughout my journey with HFCRD, I’ve been blessed to work alongside incredible educators, families, and students. I look forward to continuing our mission of providing high-quality Catholic Education across the region.”

Superintendent Victoria Cornick expressed her excitement about Lauri’s promotion. “Lauri brings decades of experience and a deep understanding of the diverse needs within our schools,” says Cornick. “Her leadership skills will continue to strengthen our division and support our vision.”

HFCRD Board Chair Kelly Whalen also shared his confidence in the appointment. “Lauri is an exceptional leader whose long-standing service and dedication to the division is evident in every role she has taken on,” says Whalen. “Her promotion to Deputy Superintendent is a natural progression, and we know she will continue to have a positive impact on Catholic Education.”
